Wind Power 

Wind power is currently the fastest developing non-polluting technology for the production of electricity. Together with our partners, we set up and implement large wind parks, covering all stages from planning to the operation.

Biomass

Biomass shows considerable potential to supplement the traditional sources of energy for power generation and heating. CESCO Energy develops concepts for the use of fermentation gas, wood and straw in combined heat and power stations. Apart from the technical preparation we organize the financing of such projects and give advise on all legal questions concerning contracts.

Water Power

The use of water power to produce electricity is the technology that has developed the furthest among the renewable energy resources. We support investors with the concept and construction of new hydroelectric powerplants, as well as the modernization of existing plants.

Combined Heat and Power (CHP)

Our international partners finance and operate small cogeneration installations (CHP) directly at the customer. Hospitals, industrial companies and all consumers with a large consumption of both heat and electrical energy, can use fuel more efficiently and thus save money and help the environment.

Energy Saving Contracts

Housing companies, industrial companies and municipalities can lower their energy costs by technical measures and consumption-conscious behavior. The investments can often be amortized by obtained savings within a short period of time.
International enterprises invest the neccessary amount of money into the customer's project. During the contract period, they get paid back an appropriate part of the saved costs. We develop concepts and contracts, adapted for each individual case.

Energy Plans

CESCO Energy sets up plans for the supply of municipalities with heat, gas and electricity. Energy efficiency, the use of renewable energy and the social effects of energy policy decisions shape our suggestions for the local decision-making bodies.

EU Project "Communal labels" 

Together with our partners in Austria, Switzerland and Germany, and on behalf of the European Union, we are developiong a procedure for labelling municipalities, which are particularly energy efficient. The label will be awarded to communities in recognition of their exceptional engagement in communal energy policy. The criterion for the awarding is the degree to which energy efficient measures have been implemented in various areas. The programme's aim is to make the municipalities' activities pay out not only ecologically, but financially - by means of cost saving and the trade of carbon dioxide certificates.
